Why Is A Inspection Of A Home Important !! |
One of the most common questions I am often asked is how much will it cost to remove bats from a home. The answer is simple and hard to just answer over the phone since many variable some into play such as: 1. The age and physical condition of your home . Bat problems are a structural issue and the reasons for having a bat problem in the first place is because of poor structural design, shoddy workmanship or neglect of maintenance of your home. 2. The size of your home in square footage and the height of your home in stories and the pitch of your roof. 3. As explained in the general info section #9 bats are opportunists and can wiggle into tiny spaces less then 1/4 of an inch or a US dime. The larger the home , the more work is required to bat proof your home. 4. No one in our industry can give you an honest answer or price without inspecting your home. A real inspection takes time and paying for a bat inspection insures youare working with a credible company in the first place. A good way to be scammed is to hire a company that offers free inspections. Inspections involve the use of ladders, flashlights, safety equipment, lots of time on site and a real estimate involving the current cost of materials to correct your stuctural problem. 5. Inspections can range anywhere form $95-$300, often involve a written observation report and often credited back if you hire the company doing the inspection. |
